The Problem

Most local ride-hailing concepts focus only on the rider side, leaving drivers with clunky, after-thought interfaces. Trust, fare transparency, and a smooth handoff between booking, the ride itself, and payment are usually where these apps break down for both sides of the trip.

What I Actually Did

Designed a complete, end-to-end Figma flow covering onboarding & authentication, the core booking experience, vehicle selection & fare offers, payment options & user feedback, payment confirmation, and a dedicated driver-side perspective — keeping every screen visually consistent across both user roles.

The Solution

Safar Ride is a UI/UX case study for a ride-hailing app that treats riders and drivers as equally important users. Real-time tracking, live fare displays, multiple payment options, and simplified fleet/rating systems come together into a flow that feels fast, trustworthy, and easy to pick up on a first use.
